We offer a no-quibble 30-day returns policy for jewellery purchased through our website that has not been customised.
Items Eligible for Return
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Not customised or engraved
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been engraved or specially altered at your request cannot be returned or refunded.
This does not include standard adjustments such as:
- Ring sizing
- Bracelet sizing
- Chain length adjustments

We will provide return instructions once your request has been received.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
As we offer free shipping on orders, the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within the 30-day return period and we will be happy to assist.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
